The WiFi connectivity needs serious improvement!!! I grew tired of the inconsistent hot water in the shower!!! The poorly finished bathrooms left much to be desired!!!

Stunning views but some hiccups

The hotel boasts breathtaking views that make mornings special. Our room was spacious with a comfortable ambiance, and the staff, especially Lidia, were incredibly helpful during our stay.

However, we encountered issues with the breakfast service, which felt chaotic and slow. The location, while beautiful, was not very central, requiring a taxi or long walks to get to local attractions.

This place was gorgeous! Super clean, comfy rooms with hot showers. The staff were attentive, and the breakfast hit the spot. I really enjoyed chilling by the pool, even though I was mostly at the beach. Can’t wait to return! 🌴

I was looking for a place to unwind and enjoy some quality family time, and this spot had just the right vibe. The room we stayed in was quite spacious and came with a fancy bathroom that my kids loved. The pool area right outside our room made it super convenient for quick dips between activities. It's nice that it's a bit away from the hustle, allowing for a peaceful environment, yet just a short walk to the local attractions and beach.

the breakfast was an absolute joke, a chaotic mess that took forever. not to mention the staff's inability to keep hygienic items stocked was shocking. and honestly, considering the state of my room, i expected at least a complimentary gift, but apparently they think regular guests don’t need pampering. almost thought i could give a decent review, but just couldn’t.

The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach and great bars. However, breakfast quality needs improvement as items ran out quickly.

The castle-like design is enchanting! My kids had fun in the warm, clean pool, while comfortable beds ensured restful nights. The pet-friendly atmosphere added a joyful vibe to our stay!

Though the breakfast was adequate, I wish for more variety. Additionally, early check-in was unavailable, which made our arrival challenging.

It was just a balanced option for a weekend adventure in San Andres with high value for money. The breakfast was delicious, and the lady serving us was incredibly friendly. Bring your own towels if you need more than one.

Had an amazing time with my friends. We spent our days lounging by the pool and exploring the beautiful beach nearby. The staff were really friendly and the place was clean. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. Just a heads up, it's a bit of a walk to get to some attractions, so plan accordingly!
